In the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the sanctions imposed by Western countries, a number of companies are reviewing their Russian operations. According to a tally by Yale University in the U.S., the number of major companies that have announced withdrawal or downsizing of their Russian operations has exceeded 200. On the other hand, U.S. companies such as Coca-Cola and McDonald's continue to operate in Russia, and some investors and consumers have called for the suspension of their operations.
