JCB (JCB) announced on August 8 that it will suspend card payment transactions in Russia, with implementation scheduled for the 14th and beyond. The U.S. credit card giant has already announced the suspension, and with Japanese international brands following suit, the loophole in the siege to keep Russia out of international finance will be narrowed.
